Text Box: Welcome to CIR Environmental Ltd. We are a small company in Plymouth, Devon with a background in green technologies working with and for the Environment. We do not make bio-fuel, however we are selling the following:   Used Cooking Oil Unprocessed (unfiltered) liquid Used Cooking Oil. This is not capable of being used as a fuel in its present state and requires processing/filtration. Alongside the raw UCO we are selling home filtration units and vegetable oil additive for customers who wish to make their own bio-fuel. The resulting bio-fuel will need to be mixed with diesel or used in modified vehicles. Conversion kits are available from us. We also offer general advice and can install kits in certain vehicles. Customers undertaking to make their own bio-fuel are exempt from paying duty so long as they produce less than 2500 litres per year.   Wood Briquettes We have teamed up with a local joinery and are now in a position to sell bags of briquettes made from compressed sawdust. They come in a handy size of approx. 3" x 2" dia. and have approx. the same energy content of dry logs. Using these briquettes is doubly environmentally friendly, because they represent a renewable energy source as well as being waste derived. Each bag contains at least 20kg.
