We can supply custom made gensets, which will run on straight vegetable oil and which will provide heat as well as power to a building. These gensets are equipped with switch gear for diesel and vegoil operation and fuel pre-heating. A water pump and 22mm water pipe connections are provided for easy connection to the central heating system. Genset can be run in parallel with conventional boilers.

These gensets are Ofgem approved for Renewable Obligation Certificates, which can be traded for about £0.04 per KwH unit. This means you will be paid for each unit of electricity generated (even when generated for own use).

CHP gensets are of particular interest to people, who have a free or inexpensive source of used cooking oil.
